Located in Downtown Fraser along US Highway 40, the Winter Park Winery prides itself on its wine, small town charm and great atmosphere. Like the wine, it offers a bold, rich and flavorful spice to the local community and invites locals and visitors alike to come and experience the festivities. In its first year, the Winter Park Winery brought in over 20 tons of grapes and has produced 5 reds: Red Table Wine, Zinfindel, Summer's Blend, Winter's Blend and Cabernet. You can purchase these wines directly from the tasting room, at local restaurants and liquor stores or right here online. The tasting room will offer wine by the glass, bottle and case. There is roughly enough seating for twenty folks, so get there early to ensure your group a table.

Cabernet
Full-bodied red wine with herb characteristics. Thick, dark and rich. Hints of vanilla and butterscotch for the wine aged in French Oak and hints of green pepper with a lot of oak for the wine aged in American Oak.

Red Table Wine
Fruity characteristics, reminiscent of strawberries. Melow oak flavor to sooth palate. A great price point wine. Refreshing red, easy to drink. 65% Zinfandel, 15% Malbec with traces of other Reds.

Summer's Blend
Rich in Tannins with fruity characteristics. Refreshing wine for warm summer days. 50% Zinfandel, 25% Malbec, 25% Cabernet

Winter's Blend
Full-bodied red wine with earthy tones. A lot of oak. A heavier wine, sure to please wine connoisseurs. 55% Cabernet, 40% Merlot, 5% Zinfandel.

Zinfandel
Hints of fruit, close to a full-bodied red wine. A lot of complexities due to the aging style. Perfect for light meat dishes. A nice change from white wine.
