Cider began flowing in October of 2014 in a Boston apartment, poured in to a basement in Harvard and eventually took off in our first production facility at the Appleworks building on Ayer Road. Harvard Cider Company is a small craft cider producer focused on high quality local ingredients, eye catching design and bold flavors that challenge the definitions of Cider in the United States. Our three flagship beverages: Anchor, Paradise and Missing Link hold their own unique profiles and are what we consider to be a base for creativity and expansion. Our goal in this project is to support our local economy by sourcing as close to home as possible, produce an exceptionally distinct product and cultivate an honest brand worthy of Harvard’s apple heritage.
