Green Leaf Brewing is committed to making top-quality, innovative beers, using our custom designed and built brewery system from Practical Fusion in Portland, Oregon. The entire design was developed with the aim of maximizing brewhouse efficiency. We use a condensation stack on our kettle that recovers water lost to evaporation, and converts it for use in cleaning and hot water applications. The same principle of environmentally-friendly, pristine brewing has gone into our DC 12V lighting system, and brewing ingredients.
