Offering a variety of reds, whites and blushes from locally grown grapes, you will have the opportunity to purchase our wines either by the bottle or by the glass. Ranging from sweet to dry, Candlelight Winery will help you find a wine that’s right for you. Bring a picnic or purchase one of our snack baskets to enjoy with your wine.
Starting in 1999, the owners, Chris and Amanda put together their dream to start a winery; in 2002 they broke ground to build their two-story winery. Chris, an architect by trade, designed and built the building where the grapes can be pressed, the wine can age, and guests can enjoy the final product. Overlooking parts of Tinker’s Creek, Candlelight Winery provides a tranquil and romantic setting for you to enjoy.

Directions
From Cleveland: Take Route 422 East to Route 88 South. Follow Route 88 to the intersection of Route 82. Head East on Route 82. At the first flashing street light (about 500 feet from intersection) turn left onto Center St. Go approx. 2.5 miles and the winery will be on your left. From Akron: Take Route 76 East to Route 44 North. Route 44 and Route 5 split off to the right, continue straight on Prospect St. Turn right on Main St (Rt 59) in the center of Ravenna. Turn left at the traffic light for route 88, Continue on Route 88 north to the intersection of Route 82. Head East on Route 82. At the first flashing street light (about 500 feet from intersection) turn left onto Center St. Go approx. 2.5 miles and the winery will be on your left. From Youngstown: Take Route 422 West to Route 305 West. Follow Route 305 to the center of Nelson Township. Go 3/4 around the circle and turn onto Parkman-Nelson Rd. Turn right on Center St (about 50 yards from the circle) Go approx. 1/2 mile and the winery will be on your right.
