Products

  Great Shoals Apple Sparkling
Great Shoals Apple Sparkling contains a rich blend of late season apples that includes Spencerville Red, Nittany, Stayman winesap, Turley winesap, Black twig, Golden delicious, and Gold rush. The juice of these apples combined with french champagne yeast has created a sparkling wine with delicate apple nuances, toasty essence, and a parade of little bubbles.
  Great Shoals Pomme Grenade
Great Shoals Pomme Grenade is an enticing blend of juice from late season apples and the winery’s own crop of pomegranates. We fermented the apple and pomegranate juices separately and blended the wines to achieve a balance of unique flavor, light red color, and crisp acidity. The toasty layers of apple and pomegranate are revealed during a bubbly chorus and sustained through a long dry finish.
  Spencerville Red Hard Apple
Spencerville Red Hard Apple is an exceptionally crisp, dry, and naturally sparkling wine that stands apart from typical hard ciders, yet captures the essence of a delightfully pure and simple traditional beverage.
