Our goal is the marriage between beautiful food & unique beer. Simply put, The Noble Pig is a pub & restaurant that serves incredible craft, house made brews paired with food created from some of today’s best ingredients by our chef.
The Noble Pig is so much more than just a good food pub. In our opinion, it is a place that makes amazing food & beer accessible to all. While selling a creative menu that is made up of market fresh ingredients that are prepared with honest, classic techniques, we can provide our guests the experience of great food in a casual pub environment.
Before the partners began developing The Noble Pig concept, David heard about a pub in New York City called The Spotted Pig. It has now received its fifth Michelin One Star rating and supposedly is the only pub with such a rating in the world. This impressed him so much that he wanted a pub which would aspire to such standards. As a result, the partners chose to name their establishment a “Pig” and added “Noble” to indicate their desire for higher standards than a run of the mill pub. Hence The Noble Pig was born.
