The Gewürztraminer grapes were estate-grown in Stone Cottage Cellars’ Paonia vineyard, and harvested at the end of October, from 20-year-old vines. Enjoy the full-bodied, spicy, and flowery (especially roses) aromas typical of a good Gewurztraminer. Delicious as an aperitif, also try it with sharp cheeses, fresh fruit, cheesecake, and desserts seasoned with nutmeg or cinnamon.

The Chardonnay grapes were estate-grown on Stone Cottage Cellars’ Paonia, Colorado, vineyard, and harvested in mid-October. This wine was barrel-fermented, aged in French oak, and bottled in August 2004. Enjoy the fine structure, crisp acidity and green apple/citrus flavors followed by a long vanilla finish. Try this wine with lighter cuisine and salads, a Caesar salad, marinated chicken, salmon, and sharp cheddar cheese.
