The 10 barrel brewing system will be the birthplace of many varied styles and flavors, with an eye to the emerging trends coming from the coasts and Colorado. Fayetteville can expect the traditional favorites, such as pale ales and ESB's, but should also be ready for tantilising and challenging specials and seasonals.
The kitchen will be headed by Joe Utsch, who wowed Fayetteville years ago with his menu at Joe's Bistro. Soups, salads, sandwiches, and focaccia pizzas will be flagship menu items, all featuring either ABBC beer as an ingredient or as a recommended pairing. Weekends and evening will be graced with exciting and delicious specials, dreamed up in the minds of our chefs and made with the finest and freshest that can be found locally.
