Snus Hill Winery

Snus Hill Winery Snus Hill is a family owned winery in rural Iowa striving to create wines with a regional identity reflective of our soils and climate using American and French-American varieties. The 2006 harvest is in the tanks and we anticipate some bottling in the next several months. STAY TUNED! We are eager to have wine available in the tasting room. The plan is for a variety of styles including both dry and somewhat sweetened white and red wines. Varieties may include Seyval, Edelweiss, St. Pepin, Catawba, Frontenac, Marechal Foch, Chambourcin, Geisenheim, Concord and others alone or in blends. Decisions involving styles and blends are being made in the winery as we process the 2006 vintage. In the meantime, a winery experience may still be yours. Other Native Iowa wines are available for tasting and purchase. Our banquet hall with dance floor and catering area is fully operational and is available for your special event.
