  Auxerrois Icewine
A dessert wine offering aromas of honey, dried apricot, and essence of strawberry jam. Corresponding flavours are balanced by a delicate acidity. Serve on its own or with special desserts. AWARDED GOLD at the 2004 NorthWest Wine Summit, DOUBLE GOLD at Wine Press Northwest's 2004 Platinum Judging, and SILVER at the 2004 Indy International Wine Competition. "Sold Out" at the winery--try VQA shops.
  Lemberger Icewine
With a golden pink hue and remarkable smoothness, this icewine displays delicate aromas of berries and candied orange peel. The flavours express the bouquet without having to overcome the excessive sweetness associated with some icewines. Enjoy on its own or with special desserts or strong cheeses. BRONZE medal winner at the 2006 Indy International. Limited supply.
  MarĂ©chal Foch
Smooth, medium-bodied red wine showing some earthiness with appealing blackberry and spicy plum flavours and aromas. Enjoy with richer-flavoured red meat dishes, mild curries, and strong blue cheeses.
  Merlot
Medium-bodied with brambly fruit flavours, showing cassis and a hint of chocolate on the nose. A recent release, this wine will benefit from further bottle ageing.
  Old Vines Auxerrois
Off-dry, medium-bodied, with moderate barrel ageing. Creamy and smooth, with hints of tropical fruit and peach on the nose. Enjoy with seafood, poultry, and light cheeses.
  Pinot Noir
Bottled in July 2006, this wine shows great potential. The flavours are deep and dark in this pinot, and further bottle ageing will smooth out the tannins and intensify its smoky, black cherry aromas. SILVER medal winner at the 2006 Okanagan Fall Wine Festival.
  Sauvignon Blanc
Medium-dry, luscious wine with an intense grapefruit, grassy aroma followed by a waft of melon. Zesty sweet citrus flavours are supported by a balanced acidity. Try it with shellfish or vegetarian cuisine.
  Select Harvest Riesling
Medium-bodied with excellent balance, this off-dry white displays a pronounced mineral character with a dollop of green apple and lime. Aromas are citrus with just a hint of petrol. Enjoy with seafood, poultry, light-fleshed meats, and vegetarian cuisine.
  Tapestry
Medium-dry, refreshing blend of five white varietals with an exotic fruity bouquet. Well-balanced and perfect for sipping by the hot tub, or try it paired with mild curry dishes or spicy Asian cuisine.
