Rob has also been working with cold-climate grape growers across the US, as well as local wine experts, to begin and grow an estate winery with our own Marquette grapes. We hope to be able to offer this robust, rustic red to our customers in 2015. For now, we are still perfecting …tasting…and adjusting…tasting and adjusting…tasting and adjusting…very hard work!
In a continuing effort to repurpose buildings, we have refurbished the old milk room into the winery. It was the clean area, outfitted with a stainless steel, 1200 gallon milk tank (holding upwards of 10,000 pounds) where all the milk was collected and chilled prior to pick up by independent milk haulers and delivered to names you know like Cabot and Hood.

Harvest Blend
This is our favorite, house wine. Harvest Blend is made with a careful assortment of apples including Paula Red, our August varietal, McIntosh, Cortland, Jonagold as well as blend of estate heirloom apples. This is a fuller bodied, oaked wine, rich in color, softer on the palate yet bold in apple bouquet.

Honey Crisp White
Made at your request, exclusively from our Honey Crisp apples. This is a crisp wine, lighter in color, flavor and body when compared to our Harvest Blend. It has a wonderful apple aroma, yet is delightfully unsweet.

Orchard White
This wine is made from a blend of our apples primarily including McIntosh and Cortland. This is a light, white wine with a subtle sweetness. Delicious on its own, yet pairs well with savory dishes.
