Barrelhouse 6 Distillery opened to the public in Hammondsport in the beautiful Finger Lakes Wine Country in May 2021. Come spend a day tasting spirits on our 108-foot deck overlooking Keuka Lake and see our largest-of-its-kind 500 gallon HBS Copper (commercial division of Hillbilly Stills) “Kentucky Diamond” hybrid still. Our spirits embody the passion, creativity, attention to detail, and love of Whiskey, that are the heart and soul of the place. You’ll get to meet Joe and Kara and their eclectic entourage of friends. Welcome to the family.
