The Ferm: Short for fermentation because that is what we do! We ferment! We are also surrounded by law firms so yeah, a little word-play on our friendly neighbors! What is Mead any how? Simply put, mead is honey wine. Honey and water fermented with yeast. It sounds simple however it can make many transformations with the addition of fruits, spices or hops just to name a few. Depending on the style, you can drink it like a beer or sip it like a wine. It's up to you and your taste buds!
