This estate blend melds together our interpretation of a Super Tuscan wine. Super Tuscans are usually a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, but we decided to smooth things out with a hint of Zinfandel. Moderate in spice, this wine has a full mouth feel with aromas of berries and is rounded out with moderate tannins. Enjoy this wine with grilled steaks and aged cheeses.

The fragrant bouquet of this estate-grown 100% Muscat Canelli leads to a bright, medium bodied finish. Its flavors are full of ripe tropical fruits. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif, or with light hors d’oeuvres. Drink now - we'll make more.

This 100% estate-grown blend combines Syrah (42%), Nebbiolo (36%), Petite Verdot (19%), and Sangiovese (3%). It creates a silky, well-rounded wine infused with deep color. Aged for 17 months in new French Oak, it possesses hints of violets, blackberry, and spice. Enjoy with grilled or smoked meats, and stews.

Our estate Sangiovese is a blend of the Brunello and Prugnolo clones. This wine highlights the fruit, with flavors of dark cherry. It has moderate tannins, and has a long soft finish. It pairs well with chicken, pasta, and grilled vegetables.

The grapes for this 100% Zinfandel were sourced from the Oso Libre Vineyard on a hillside site on the west side of Paso Robles, CA. This well-rounded, medium-bodied wine exhibits aromas and flavors redolent of dark berries, pepper, and just a hint of vanilla and smoke. Enjoy with chicken, lamb, or your favorite burger!
