After years of enjoying many types of wines ourselves, we decided to open a customer oriented custom winery here in Rising Sun, Indiana. We thought it would be best to offer free wine tastings in a fun, casual atmosphere anytime that it's convenient for our customers. Since our winery is also our home, just call ahead, and someone will always be there to take care of you. We also decided to offer a complete package to those who choose to make their own batch of wine that includes your favorite wine, bottles, corks, decorative top foils, and truly custom labels, personalized and designed from your favorite photograph. It always makes us comfortable making purchases knowing there are no hidden charges, and we want to give that assurance to our customers. Directions to Rising Sun Wine from Louisville:
I71 North to exit 55 – Vevay. Turn left and continue to Rt. 156. Turn left onto Rt. 156 East. Continue to Rising Sun where Rt. 156 ends and Rt. 56 East begins. When you get into town, turn left onto Plum St. (at the ‘BEGIN 30 MPH’ sign). Go one block and turn right onto S. High St. Look for the red brick two story house on the left.
Directions to Rising Sun Wine from Cincinnati:
I275 to exit 16 – Rt. 50 – Lawrenceburg/Greendale exit. Turn left onto Rt. 50 West and continue to Aurora, IN. Turn left onto Rt. 56 West toward Rising Sun, IN. You will pass Rising Star Casino and come to a stop sign (and flashing light). Go straight at the stop sign and then 4 blocks. Look for the red brick two story house on the right.
Directions to Rising Sun Wine from Indianapolis:
I74 East to the Sunman/Milan exit. Turn right onto RT 101. Continue to RT. 46. Turn left onto 46 East. Continue to Rt. 50. Turn right onto Rt. 50 West and continue to Aurora, IN. Turn left onto Rt. 56 West toward Rising Sun, IN. You will pass Rising Star Casino and come to a stop sign (and flashing light). Go straight at the stop sign and then 4 blocks. Look for the red brick two story house on the right.
