We make mead (honey wine) using only local fermentables, sourced directly from Eastern Shore farmers. Our mead is produced seasonally, in small batches, according to what is currently being grown in our area. We really want to promote sustainability by reducing transportation costs of our ingredients, as well as support local farmers using low or no pesticides to keep our honeybee populations healthy.
