Granite City Food & Brewery, a casual dining restaurant with an on-site brewery. Our initial restaurant commenced operations in St. Cloud, Minnesota, in June 1999. Our second restaurant, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, commenced operations in December 2000, and our third restaurant opened to the public November 20, 2001 in Fargo, North Dakota. We now have 27 stores operating in 12 different states - and growing!
Granite City is an experience a thousand words couldn’t fully describe. But one comes close: fresh. It began with fresh-brewed beer and, happily never stopped. Everything at Granite City is fresh. Each carefully crafted item on our menu is made right in our kitchens - from scratch. Which explains why even our classic recipes explode with flavor. So while reading our menu, take your time.
