In opening our farmhouse brewery, we have had more than our fair share of hurdles to deal with but are in the home stretch of the process, and will soon be mashing in to bring fresh farmhouse ales to the state of Connecticut! As we grow, we hope that you get to know us well and become a part of our community and shared experience. In the meantime, we’d like to share some our story with you here.
