Castell Vineyards & Winery

Castell Vineyard & Winery has two blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Norton, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc. We are a small family winery that thinks everything matters from vineyard to bottle. For Paul sustainability and self-reliance has always been a way of life. Learning hard work from his parents Jeanne and Claude, both immigrants from France, Paul enjoys returning to his roots by cultivating the earth in creating fine wine. The vineyard was hand planted and each vine has been meticulously tended to by Paul's exacting touch. Day in and day out the vineyard is labored on, from pruning and leaf-pulling to harvesting, to produce the the highest quality of fruit.
