Blue Coyote Winery

Blue Coyote Winery In 1952 my grandfather (Walter Schulze) bought the land that Blue Coyote Winery is currently on. He used this land as a hay meadow and grazing pasture for his cattle. My father and my uncle used horse drawn equipment to work the field for hay. As time went by and the family grew up the use of the land has changed. My wife and I decided to build a house and my grandfather said we needed to have a lot of kids to fill this big house, we have two. The land now grows grapes and has a winery built on it. Hopefully when my children grow up they will continue the tradition of using the land to grow agricultural goods.
