Sidereal Farm Brewery is located in Vassalboro Maine on our organic farm which has been in production since the 1800s.
Our fermentations are inspired by Agriculture, History and driven by unique microbes from our in-house yeast lab; Sidereal Labs. Maillard, our open fire, locally sourced elevated & fine dining kitchen is located on site, with full service year round indoors, as well as a seasonal pick up window serving our bier garden.
Sidereal & Maillard will provide an immersive educational and culinary experience that ties together the agricultural and microbiology aspects of fermentation and gastronomy into one. Customers can enjoy a wide range of beer styles as well as a limited selection of natural wine, cider, and meads all produced by us on site as our barrel room portfolio grows over the years.
As always, many of the ingredients used in our fermentations and most of the ingredients used in our kitchen will be grown by us on our farm, or locally and regionally sourced as much as possible from farms with similar values.
