  All AMERICAN I.P.A.
This ones for the Hop Heads! Loads of citrus tasting American hops give it a crisp bitterness, while still having a balancing maltyness. Made with all American ingredients, with a nod to the classic British IPA's
  Bullies Brown Ale
Modest amounts of dark malts give this ale both its color and its roasty/toasty flavor. With a moderate bitterness of US hops and balancing full body, from 9 different malts.
  Devil Dog Pale
A classic style EPA with imported British malts and a Tun of British aroma hops. The Sweet maltyness and firm body, along with a refreshing hoppy finish make this a great "session ale". One to have, when you have more than one.
  Freedom Ale
Intense sweet maltyness followed by generous hoppyness and finishing with warming alcohol and aromas of bourbon, vanilla and East Kent Goldings dry-hops. Not for the timid! Brewed almost a year ago and aged in Jack Daniel's casks, this special brew is to be enjoyed like a fine port or brandy after a meal or with desert.
  Irish Red
This amber is both drinkable and tasty, with pleasing hoppiness and smooth maltyness. A touch of dark malts gives it a ruddy redness and a hint of dark chocolate. A bit more flavorfull, but still very drinkable, ale.
  Leather Neck Stout
Like its Irish ancestors but with a American Craft Brewers kick: Even more roasty, hoppy and malty too. Full bodied but surpassingly smooth. Like the old Marines it is named after, it takes no retreat and offers no surrender.
  Tun Light
A light bodied, refreshing golden ale. Well balanced and slightly malty. Made with a sprinkle of both German and American hops, and Imported malts. But no cereal fillers! "Anyone who wants a lighter libation wants Tun Light."
  Tunfest Lager
Rich malty amber lager brewed strong to celebrate the seasons harvest. Lightly fruity, slightly smoky, and smooth and tasty from over a months cold conditioning. Brewed with imported German pilsner malt for full body and imported German Hops for a balancing bitterness. Enjoy this with a steak, pasta or other hearty fare, or just by itself!
