  Blueberry
We ferment this with special yeast to create an alcohol content of up to 14%. The Maine Wild Blueberries are ideal to make a richly fruity and sweetly balanced port style. This is especially good with complex cheeses. Limited quantity, please inquire for availability.
  Cranberry-apple
25% cranberries and 75% apple wine, together make a sweet-tart wine perfect for festive occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have a large selection of Holiday labels that can also be customized to you or your company's specifications using logos, photos or other art work.
  Estate Pinot Noir
Diamond Hill Vineyards has been growing fine wine grapes since 1976. This 1999 Estate Pinot Noir is still quite young, having only recently been bottled from it's French oak barrel. Full bodied tannins, briary fruit tones, with a hint of new oak.
  Peach
A unique wine, intensely peachy and frankly sweet to balance the natural acidy of whole, fresh peaches. Serve with chocolate anything!
  River Valley White
This white wine is from purchased fruit and sometimes blended with reisling or other white wine juice. Slightly off dry with a popular "oaky" finish. The river refered to is the Blackstone River, named for the first settler (1635) in what is now Cumberland RI, where our vineyard is located. The river valley is now a National Historic Corridor
  Spiced apple
A blend of apple wine and spices that include cinnamon, cloves, valencia orange peel and other traditional spices from Davidson's. Sweet enough for mulling as is or add some honey to taste.
