Welcome to Claygate Estate Vineyards, a tasting room and vineyard located on the distinguished Ribbon Ridge AVA in Oregon’s Wine Country. Planted in 2008 on 3.25 acres, our small production wines are single estate Pinot Noirs.
Our wine making philosophy is focused on showcasing the natural complexities of the coveted Ribbon Ridge terroir, Pinot Noir clones 115 & 777 and the unique microclimate that surrounds and protects our vines. Our vineyard and winemaking team produce wines that are simple, elegant, unfined and unfiltered.
Our tasting room is open most Saturdays, on major holiday weekends and by appointment. Tasting fees are $15, refundable with the purchase of two bottles. Purchases can also be made online under the "Our Wine" tab.
As added perks, you can experience the rural Oregon wine country atmosphere of spanning vistas, greeted by our vineyard dogs Eloise and Cieley and a herd of adorable and highly curious alpacas.
