Copper Cannon Distillery is premium rum and whiskery distillery located in West Chesterfield, NH. It will have scheduled tours and tastings, and feature a small retail shop. The three-story barn is easily visible from Route 9 west and is 21 miles west of Keene, NH. The distillery is conveniently located between Keene, NH, Brattleboro, VT and parts of Western Mass.
Cousins Blake Amacker and Chris Arnold were enjoying libations on a cold March day at a pub in Ireland. Earlier in the day, they toured a distillery. As the glasses continually emptied they started pondering, “How do you really make whiskey so good?”
Due to their inquisitive nature and the love of spirits, the duo came up with a plan to start a distillery with the purpose of making high-quality spirits.
The Louisiana natives want to bring their southern flare to the Northeast. The molasses and sugar used for making its specialty rums will be from their home state.
