Subtle and refined, we blend this wine carefully to accentuate the varietal character of each of the three grapes without any one dominating. We then age this blend in oak barrels for eight months, adding complexity, but still letting the fruit be the focus of the wine. Look for hints of citrus, pineapple, and subtle vanilla.
