We are beekeepers and mead makers. Our past 7 years keeping bees have only deepened our respect for honey and our fascination with fermenting it. Mead can be dry, sweet, still, bubbly, simple, or complex. We make our meads in our Commerce St. Winery and serve them 10 feet away in our tasting room.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a more austere wine that offers more complexity with a hint of tobacco. Dry and structured finish. Enjoy with rich food such as beef and fried dishes.

Chenin Blanc
Nice, clean and crisp wine that offers tart apple and mineral flavors. Enjoyed with seafood, fish, and chicken dishes.

Merlot
Nice, soft, dry red wine. This wine offers cherry and plum aromas in the nose. It is smooth and dry in the finish, but will go very well with any meat dishes from spaghetti to barbeque.

Texas White
This wine offers some nice aromas of citrus and grapefruit. The sweetness in the finish balances well with the tartness and makes it a perfect accompaniment to spicy food, such as cajun and barbeque.

White Zinfandel
Beautiful peach color. Nice aromas of strawberries and honey. The sweetness and tartness goes well with spicy food, cheese, and bread appetizers.
