A semi-sweet white wine from Pioneer Valley Vineyard estate grown Cayuga White grapes, which are picked early to best capture the fruity characteristics. The grapes are hand sorted and gently pressed to produced a light, balanced wine with subtle flavors and aromas of apricots and melons.

hand sorted and fermented on the grape skins to produce a deep color and smooth mouthfeel.
