Opened in April 2015, Old Town Distilling Co. Is situated on Linden Street in Old Town, Fort Collins in the space formerly known as Luscious Nectar. Chief Distiller (Proprietor) Jeremy Kempter has assembled a team of chemists and expert distillers to create all locally produced, 100% organic, top quality spirits. Executive Chef Don Braddy and his kitchen crew bring a creative, diverse menu to compliment the fine spirits.
The establishment's gold-leaf logo is reminiscent of an old European absinthe house. Vintage metal fan casings with Edison bulbs set the ambience. An exposed brick wall lined with leather booths is a highlight of Old Town's refined interior.
