Cabin Creek Brewing is nestled in the upper end of the Clear Creek Valley, right next to Georgetown lake. Georgetown, once known as the Silver Queen of the Rockies, was a classic Western silver-mining boomtown. Many decades of struggles and strife were to follow this brief era of success, but through these successes and hardships a spirit of the West was born into this beautiful landscape.
Cabin Creek Brewing believes there is a little “Spirit of the West” in all of us, and we chose our location because of the tie we feel to this historic community. We designed and built Cabin Creek Brewing with our own hands from the ground up. Our vision is to pair innovation with tradition, paying homage to the past through rustic touches while brewing classic beers in a state of the art brewhouse.
When you choose to dine with us everything about the experience from the food, to the beer, to the service should evoke a feeling of family and warmth. We invite you to feel part of this community where the Spirit of the West runs strong through us all.
