Directions
From Worcester take Route 290 East to 495 North. From Route 495, take Route 117 West (Exit 27), one mile to Bolton Center. Turn left onto Wattaquadoc Hill Road at the blinking light immediately before a Mobil Gas Station. Stay on Wattaquadoc Hill Road 1/4 mile to Winery which is on the left side of the road. From the northern suburbs of Boston take Route 2 West to 495 South. From Route 495, take Route 117 West (Exit 27), one mile to Bolton Center. Turn left onto Wattaquadoc Hill Road at the blinking light immediately before a Mobil Gas Station. Stay on Wattaquadoc Hill Road 1/4 mile to Winery which is on the left side of the road. From the southern suburbs of Boston take Route 90 (Mass Pike) West to 495 North. From Route 495, take Route 117 West (Exit 27), one mile to Bolton Center.

  Amora Blackberry Dessert Wine
Rusty red hued with crisp raspberry and blackberry flavors with accents of black tea. Lingering sweetness beckons one back for more.
  Azule Blueberry Port Style Wine
Intense berry flavors and is extracted to the extreme. It has a full bodied texture and grainy tannins. Intended to be a classic.
  Baldwin Dry Apple Wine
Moderately light-bodied dry apple wine. Balanced acidity. Moderately extracted. Smoke, pears, mint. Crisply delineated flavors evolve nicely on an elegant palate. Dry, refreshing finish.
  Blueberry Merlot Wine
Complex and very dry, with an intriguing berry aroma. Mildly tannic. Red berries with enticing aromas and bright, buoyant fruit on the palate.
  Chancellor Port
Robust and smooth, with plum and cherry notes. A wine that will warm your soul after a long day's work or after a relaxing meal. It has a full bodied texture and light tannins.
  Chardonnay Massachusetts
Aromas of pear & green apples. Bouquet of vanilla from barrel fermentation.
  Chrysleton Dry Elderberry Apple Wine
Light, strong berry overtones. Fresh and fruity in nose, followed by a burst of apples. Rich and succulent in a well-balanced frame.
  Dry Blueberry Wine
Complex and very dry, with an intriguing berry aroma. Mildly tannic. Red berries with enticing aromas and bright, buoyant fruit on the palate.
  Dry Pear Wine
Soft and well-balanced with a delicate aroma. Pear, pineapple, and toasted bread flavors with distinct toasty aromatics and excellent expansion on the palate.
  Golden Russet Dry Apple Wine
From our collection of heirloom apple varieties. The Golden Russet apple produces a richly textured, aromatic wine. Golden straw in color and bold in flavor.
  Gravenstein Dry Apple Wine
Crisp, light, austere and elegant, this favorite old-time apple translates nicely into wine.
  Peach After Dinner Wine
Rich and velvety with a clean, refreshing finish. Deep yellow and medium-bodied. Mild sweetness and richly textured, with assertive peach aromas.
  Plum Wine
A beautiful blush wine with subtle plum flavor and aroma, and a hint of sweetness.
  Raspberry Wine
Crushed berries, earth and citrus fruit flavors fill the mouth, countered by an ebullient tart element. This medium-bodied, higly extracted, mildly sweet wine has an overall high tone and crisp finish.
  Sparkling Apple
(Brut) A very dry and full bodied sparkling wine done with care and precision in the traditional Methode Champenoise. A delightful blend of apples creates a well balanced sparkler with persistent bubbles and lots of character. A blend of our own MacIntosh and Baldwin apples are used.
  Vidal Blanc Massachusetts
Crisp, light and fruity with a refreshing finish.
  Vidal Ice Wine
Subtle hints of apricots, peaches and honey.
  Vignoles Finger Lakes
Apricots, citrus and tropical flavors. Rich and fruity with a crisp finish. Deep aromas correspond to a lush display of fruit. Awards: 1997 - Bronze Medal - International Eastern Wine Competition
