  Apple Wine
Made from 100% Virginia apples. A nice and crisp white wine with balanced acidity and fruit paired perfectly with chicken and turkey or salads.
  Benevino Riesling
  BlackJack
BlackJack is one of our newest wines to be released, it's a blend of Chambourcin, Tannat and blackberries. With just a hint of sweetness, this wine is sure to be a nice spring sipper.
  Cabernet Franc
The Cabernet Franc grape has found a home in Virginia and does especially well in the Piedmont terroir of Northern Virginia. This Bordeaux grape is fruitier and lighter than its offspring, Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Cabernet Franc is showing typical dark cherry and raspberry fruit flavors balanced with hints of spicy black pepper and smoky cedar. With its mild tannins, this is excellent to pair with grilled beef and stronger tasting vegetables such as roasted eggplant.
  Cello
Cello is one of our new wines that is made out of Petit Manseng grapes and fortified with heavenly spirits with a touch of lemon zest. Served ice cold is perfect with vanilla pound cake as dessert or by itself after dinner. Ciao!
  Chambourcin
Chambourcin is a French-American hybrid grape with deep blue/black skins that produces a lighter bodied wine with a distinctive vibrant purple color. The generous fruit flavors of black cherry and cranberry are the result of an early bottling after being lightly aged in American and French oak. The aromas fill the senses with berries, nutmeg, and oak. A small amount of Merlot was artfully blended in to provide added complexity. This red would be nice with pork, turkey, or smoked salmon.
  Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is a nice balance between stainless-steel and oak. The aroma offers hints of peaches and green apples. Traditional chardonnay lovers will notice the slight oak tannins while those who desire a stainless steel chardonnay will appreciate the crisp, fruit flavors. Perfect for your holiday appetizers and pumpkin pie.
  Malbec
Malbec is a Bordeaux varietal which usually takes a supporting role to the big Bordeaux reds like Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. It has recently gained notoriety as the premier wine from Argentina. This nicely aged wine is showing rich aromas full of ripe black cherry jam and coffee with a touch of spice. Well balanced with a medium-body, it offers vanilla, plum, and chocolate flavors with a long, satisfying finish. This wine would be suitable for aging in your wine cellar or can be enjoyed now with full-flavored grilled beef.
  Meritage
“Meritage” describes wines that are a strict blend of the grape varietals traditionally grown in the Bordeaux region of France. The blending of wine from this region is said to be the highest form of the winemaker’s art. Waterford Vineyards’ Meritage is hand-crafted using a unique blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This wine has a distinct aroma of pine and black cherry. It has been aged in French oak and has a full spicy flavor throughout the palate. Chocolate and raspberries go well with this red wine blend.
  RAZ
RAZ is a slightly sweet dessert wine with a blend of Merlot and raspberries. With a burst of raspberry on the front, this wine finishes with the soft tannin flavors of Merlot. Chill this red wine and serve with your favorite dark chocolate. Cheers!
  Rose
Our 2010 Rose' is made with Chambourcin grapes. Allowing the juice to sit on the skins of the grapes for just under 24 hours, this dry Rose' is bursting with strawberry aromas. Pair this with pizza for a great weekend treat!
  Traminette
Traminette, a relative of Gewurztraminer, has plenty of spice and exotic fruit on the palate. Grapes from La Paz Vineyards produce this semi-sweet white with an unmistakable and intensely aromatic scent of roses. Look for flavors of lychee and mango with sweet honey and nutmeg on the finish. Try this wine on its own or with spicy Thai or Mexican cuisine.
  USB
USB is a Universal Sweet Beverage which is our version of "Port". Using Chambourcin grapes fortified and aged in whiskey barrels makes this a great after dinner treat.
  Viognier
The Viognier (pronounced VEE-on-yay) grape is gaining a foothold in Virginia’s vineyards and wineries. Corcoran Vineyard’s 2007 Viognier is characterized by its aroma of honeysuckle blossoms and flavors of crisp white peaches with cantaloupe and honeydew melons. Fermentation in neutral oak barrels and tank aging accentuates the fruit flavors and spicy finish. Our Viognier is 100% dry but is often perceived to have some sweetness because of the intense fruit character of this grape. The classic pairings for this wine are Maryland Crab Cakes or spiced shrimp.

Rhodies says...
It seems if one is to find a good Virginia Vineyard, part of the search entails traveling down long washboard gravel roads and this leads to finding such places as Corcoran Vineyards. The setting is idyllic among ponds and rolling high hills near Leesburg, VA. The grape vines get washed in sunlight and bathed in a continuous breath of moving air. Add to this family homes all working together to put together a father’s dream. If this were not enough, add a home constructed in the 1750’s now used as the tasting room. Yes, a bit tight for larger groups to use, but all this adds to the enjoyment of well crafted Rieslings, a soft in character Chardonnay, an example of what Virginia can do with Cabernet Franc, and a new found friend in an East coast Malbec. Additionally, you can treat yourself to a Meritage that sings to the hills and maybe even finer, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Tannat named "Mary’s Cuvee". What an absolute treat visiting this site and as advertised on their web site, Wi-Fi was available for those that cannot separate themselves from technology and wines.
