After more than a decade of producing
some of Connecticut ’s finest local grappa and liqueurs, we at Connecticut Valley have decided it is time to give our Manchester, Connecticut distillery and business a face-lift. Over the next few months we have plans to increase our productivity by adding new distillation and fermentation equipment. The expansion will enable us to further refine our spirit making process, as well as add a few new spirits to our product line. We want to reassure our faithful customers that we will continue to use our 400L alembic style pot still to maintain the superior quality of the small batch grappa and brandies that our customers desire.
