Established in 2011, Pennington Distilling Co., formerly known as SPEAKeasy Spirits, is an artisan distillery nestled in the historic Nations neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee.
Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream® is our flagship brand. Recognizing niches as well as creating new categories such as Tennessee Sipping Cream® helped and continues to help us build a unique and highly sought after portfolio.
Here at Pennington Distilling Co., we also produce Pickers Vodka, Pennington’s Flavored Rye Whiskeys, Crafted Cordials and Davidson Reserve Fine Tennessee Whiskey. Our production is of the highest quality and orchestrated by a team that knows, appreciates and understands our city and consumer base. We officially announced our name change and harvested Davidson Reserve Tennessee Rye Whiskey on October 17th, 2017 at our distillery. This three year single barrel is distilled from 100% white cereal rye whiskey marks our first whiskey release under the new distillery name. Since then, we have released Davidson Reserve Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey which is a blend of our 3 different whiskey receipes.
