We’ve spent the past 3 years hitting the pavement, supporting the great brewers of Connecticut and sharing our beers with anyone interested. Along the way, we’ve tried to give back to our town (which two of us already call home) and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know fellow brewers, brewery owners and craft beer lovers in the Nutmeg State. A friendly group to say the least.
Our brewery is named in honor of our brewer and Founder’s mother Patricia Jay who passed away when he was 15 months old from skin cancer. After brewing for 16 years for family and friends, Mike thought it would be fitting to honor her as the brewery’s namesake. “Patricia” has Latin roots in “Nobility” and thus we became Noble Jay Brewing Company. In order to further honor her legacy and give back to our community, we will have a single tap in the brewery designated as “The Noble Tap.” Each month we will team with a different local charity and 10% of the sales from The Noble Tap that month will go to the charity. Just a small way we can say thanks to the town in which we’re building our nest.
