Jamex Brewing Co. is the brainchild of Metro Detroit natives and husband-and-wife team, Jeff and Kat Kaye.
They first were introduced to the craft beer world after spending a few years in San Diego. Right away they were enamored with the entire craft beer culture. It was so laid back, creative and inviting!
Jamex Brewing Co. prides itself on its use of a large variety of high quality malts, hops, and yeast strains in order to bring exceptional and true-to-style flavors. They also purchase a large portion of ingredients from Michigan maltsters and hop farms.
The small, 2-barrel batch system will give the brewer the ability to experiment and try new recipes all the time. The idea is to have one or two new beers on tap every week so customers always have something new to try.
The Kaye's look forward to making Jamex Brewing Co. a home in St. Clair Shores and joining the craft beer industry in bringing good beer to the good people!
