The Brewhouse in La Crosse is the kitchen of the brewery, which cooks the grains and hops, according to recipe, to produce a sweet fermentable liquid called wort which, after undergoing fermentation, will become beer. Our twin stream Brewhouse is capable of producing 16 brews per day at 1,100 barrels each for an annual capacity of nearly 7 million barrels of beer. City Brewery currently brews approximately 40 different brew recipes for ourselves and over a dozen contract brewing customers.

Directions
Coming from the south on 14, 61 or 35 - Go past Lutheran Hospital (on your Left) go around the curve, at light (Jackson Street) turn Left, go two (2) blocks, (go over railroad tracks) turn right - - dock is just down the block on your right. Continue past the docks and park north of the docks. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE DOCKS OR ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE DOCKS.Check in on channel 40 on your CB. The entrance to the shipping office is on Market Street between Second and Third streets.
Coming from Madison area on Interstate 90 - Take exit 3, go south on 53 and 35. 53 turns into Rose Street. Go straight (this is a one-way street) through the downtown area. Once you are past downtown, you will notice a large blue bridge on your right (Cass Street); use this as a landmark. You have four (4) blocks to go. Down three (3) blocks is Ferry Street, on the next street (Market Street) turn right. Go one (1) block to Second Street, turn RIGHT and park on the side of the street (north of the loading docks). DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE DOCKS OR ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE DOCKS. Check in on channel 40 on your CB. The entrance to the shipping office is on Market Street, between Second and Third Streets.
