Blue Skies Brewery-Auburn Hills is a satellite taproom serving the beer of Blue Skies Brewery, headquartered in the Irish Hills (in Onsted, Michigan).
Blue Skies Brewery is owned by Lorenzo Lizarralde (also owner/winemaker of Chateau Aeronautique Winery in the Irish Hills and Jackson) and his wife, Amanda. Cortney and Shannon Casey, owners of Michigan By The Bottle Tasting Rooms, are managing partners of Blue Skies Brewery-Auburn Hills and will be overseeing operations. The Blue Skies-Auburn Hills team includes Head Brewer Tim Porter, Assistant Brewer Patrick Coulter and Manager Whitney Boudreau.
Our goal is to provide a comfortable, casual atmosphere in the heart of beautiful Downtown Auburn Hills where our guests can enjoy Blue Skies beers on tap, along with a limited selection of Chateau Aeronautique wines and hard ciders and a light snack menu.
