  Au Naturale Organic Blonde Ale
Au Naturale is an easy drinking, blonde ale. The ale has a crisp, clean body and a subtle malt sweetness. All organic German Pilsner, Vienna and CaraHell malts and German organic Hallertau hops are used for purity’s sake. The play on words lends itself not only to the organic ingredients in the beer, but also to the lifestyle of those of us who live at one with nature. Grab a bottle and join us in the hot spring!
  Bitch Creek ESB
Bitch Creek perfectly balances big malt sweetness and robust hop flavor for a full bodied, satisfying mahogany ale. Like the stream for which it is named, our Bitch Creek ESB is full of character... Not for the timid.
  Old Faithful Ale
Our Old Faithful Ale is a Pale Golden Ale with a crisp body and light malt sweetness. We cold condition this ale to give it a pleasantly smooth character and dry palate. The Willamette and imported UK Goldings hops give this beer a light floral hop aroma, making it exceptionally easy to drink.
  Sweetgrass IPA
Sweetgrass is crisp and fragrant with a generous yet smooth hop character. The sweet bouquet and spicy flavor come from the combination of five hops and Idaho grown barleys. The color? We call is “Suntan”!
  Teton Ale
Teton Ale® is a full bodied, “English” style Amber Ale with a rich copper color and a smooth, well-balanced taste. Teton spring water and late kettle hopping achieve this beer's unique fresh and robust flavor that is long and satisfying on the palate.
  Workhorse Wheat
Workhorse Wheat is an American-style hefeweizen (literally, yeast-wheat) ale made with Idaho barley and wheat. It is pale in color and light in body, smooth and easy drinking with just a hint of tartness from the wheat. Because is it not filtered, our workhorse wheat is slightly hazy with yeast.
