Laissez Versez (Let It Pour) was formed as all good plans are: at a social event. The idea of having a local distillery seemed like a good idea. Over the following year and several more social events the idea solidified and took shape. Many of our friends who worked in the plants helped in the development of our still and the process surrounding it. Friends with marketing, graphic design, photography, literature, and accounting contributed their time and talents to the plan. With the help of many different people (and parties), Laissez Versez was distilled.
Laissez Versez is committed to the community. We use local businesses wherever possible-from raw materials to services. All ingredients are locally sourced-unless we start using pineapples. We use craft distilling practices to produce small batches of diverse liquors and liquers. All products are gluten free, truly gluten free.
Laissez Versez has a simple business plan: provide distilled spirits that customers enjoy. Like a snowball stand for adults, we have created a menu of flavors that combines the traditional with the extraordinary. We take basic quality distilling and complement with the experimental. This strategy will lead to frequent changes and additions of our adult snowball stand menu.
