Products

  Iowa Maréchal Foch Nouveau 2004
Also a product of our first harvest, our Nouveau is made in the traditional French style of carbonic maceration. Very young and fruity, this wine should be drank right away and provides a sneak preview of what to expect from the Vineyard Select.
  Merry Cherry
Silver Metal @ 2005 Taster Guild International Wine Competition. A delightful dance of the tart and sweet essence found in the Michigan cherries we use. Serve it room temperature for a warm, cozy experience.
  Mississippi Red
This is our most popular wine. With a touch of sweetness, this blended Foch is a perfect example of the quality that can be produced from this French-hybrid varietal. It is young and fruity, making it acceptable with a variety of people and foods.
  Niagara Street Sweet
All sweetness and fun, Niagra Street Sweet is very light and crisp, full of fresh fruity aromas reminding many of fresh picked grapes. Chilled, it is a very pleasing dessert wine.
  Picket Fence
Light and well balanced, this semi-sweet white wine is made from vidal grapes with just a hint of oak. It reminds one of a Riesling, making Picket Fence a crowd pleaser.
  Red Reserve/Vitner's Reserve
Our premium red wine is a blend of Maréchal Foch and DeChaunac grapes. Medium bodied, this French-oak aged wine is a soft, dry wine that slowly reveals itself to the palette and finished slightly spicy.
  Rhubarbie
Silver Metal @ 2005 Taster Guild International Wine Competition. Attitude with a touch of sweetness! Made from Iowa grown rhubarb, our summer wine has just enough sweetness to offset its natural rhubarb zing. Rhubarbie will surprise you!
  Sunday Afternoon—Iowa LaCrosse 2004
Silver Metal @ Taster Guild International Wine Competition. Made from premium LaCrosse grapes grown in our vineyard, this off-dry white has a nice apricot aroma. A limited vintage, this young white is the perfect addition to a lazy afternoon.
  Sweet Old Timer
Since the beginning, concords have been used for winemaking in Iowa. With its assertive fragrance and flavor, this distinctive wine will bring back the sweet memories of the good old days.
  Vidal Reserve
Vidal Reserve is the grown-up version of our Picket Fence. For those who prefer a dry white wine, Vidal Blanc Reserve offers a green apple aroma with a bright acidity and hints of oak on the finish.
  Vineyard Select—Iowa Maréchal Foch 2004
rom the best grapes of our first harvest of Marechal Foch, this very limited vintage is a full-bodied red, aged with French Oak. Expected to improve with age, this wine will not be available for sale until late 2005 and should not be opened for at least 5 years.
