The history of Ellison Brewery and Spirits is an interesting and inspirational story. Two friends that grew up together and after graduating from Dewitt High School, went their separate ways to explore the world in very different directions.
Then in a turn of fate, 12 years later they both returned to the Lansing area and met at a holiday party to celebrate the life of their late friend Brandon Jadzinski.
From that encounter, they have put together a team of experienced professionals with expertise in sales, brewing, distillation and management that have come together as Ellison Brewery and Spirits.
The goal of this venture to be: "Bring the people of the greater Lansing area the highest quality craft beer and artisan spirits available".
