Boëté Winery was named in honor of John Saunders' grandparents, Francois and Jeanne Boëté, from the Brittany region of France. John followed their footsteps as a restaurateur and farmer, developing ranches and making wine on the side for his family, friends and restaurants. John makes the winemaking decisions with the help of wine consultant Dave Coventry. Great attention is paid throughout the winemaking process; from fermentation and aging to blending and barrel selection.

Estate Boëté Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic Bordeaux style cabernet, full bodied, superb tannin, classic berry fruit with hints of mineral & chocolate on the finish. This wine will stand up for 20 years with proper cellaring.

Estate Boëté Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Elegant and stylish, this wine grows and grows on you. A mix of vivid blackberry and black cherry fruit with a light touch of creamy oak and lavender. Sharply focused and persistent, the intensity builds, revealing depth and concentration, with firm tannins that fan out on the finish. (Gold Medal Winner at California Mid State Wine Competition)

Estate Boëté Reserve Cabernet Franc
A breakthrough vintage, this wine is an absolute blockbuster! Intense fruits and almost purple black color. Lovely floral notes. Violets, black plum, coffee bean, currants, briar, and super rich berry burst on to the palate and sets your mind spinning. Fantastic depth with an incrediable mouth feel. This wine is a collector.
