  Burlington
A classic oak aged dry white crafted from the Seyval Blanc grape, this wine is richly scented with hints of vanilla and hearty toasted oak. Its substantial and weighty character make Burlington a brilliant partner to a bold meal.
  Chambourcin
Garnet-colored with deep aromas of mixed berries, this dry red Chambourcin awakens the palate with cranberry & black cherry flavors while blanketing the tongue with soft tannins finishing with a light oak backbone. A great companion to a hearty steak or prime rib dinner
  Chef’s Choice
This dry white wine made in a neutral style brings grapefruit and orange blossom to the nose. Its style & character make it a great choice for the kitchen, both for the kettle & the cook! All great chef’s taste as they go….
  Edelweiss
This highly perfumed varietal has found its niche in Nebraska. Grown and vinted to perfection, it delivers a blast of pineapple and tropical fruit from the glass for your enjoyment..
  Forever Venus
Our signature wine named in honor of Venus the circus elephant excavated from our vineyard site for display in Morrill Hall. Forever Venus is a semi-sweet blush, similar to a White Zinfandel, that delivers aromas of raspberries on the nose with tastes of berries and citrus.
  Right O’ Way Red
This lively, youthful red wine made from the St. Croix grape has been crafted to be enjoyed sooner rather than later. Right O’ Way Red is a fine match for lighter deli fare or a great picnic addition with ham and cheese sandwiches.
  Rock Island Red
This full-bodied, rich sweet wine delivers tastes of fruit and berries. Made from the Chambourcin grape, this wine has soft tannins and a nice smooth finish
  Seyval Blanc
This Seyval is a more subtle version of our Burlington. Aged in stainless steel instead of oak allows more fresh fruit to come to your palate. SchillingBridge Seyval is a great dry white for those who prefer stainless to oak
  Silent Star
Named in honor of Silent film star Harold Lloyd from Burchard, NE , this well balanced white wine, similar to a Riesling or Pinot Grigio, is clean, crisp & zesty. On the palate, Silent Star delivers tastes of apple along with hints of apricot and peach. Its ability to pair well with a variety of foods makes it a great addition to your dinner table.
  Sweet Santa Fe
A great wine to relax with, Santa Fe is made from the LaCrosse grape with the sweeter palate in mind. The taste of apricot balances well with the smooth lingering honey finish, for an enjoyable experience.
  Traminette
In this, you will find many interesting nuances. Similar in character to a Gewurz, it is headily perfumed with scents of rose and exotic ginger filling the mouth with licorice & spice. This wine assails you long before you get the liquid in your mouth, ending in a clean, fresh finish.
