Products

  Black Creek Red
...lots of fruit flavors derived from the foxy old American stand-by, Concord, plus a few supporting varieties. Semi-sweet
  Black Creek White
.....the Niagra grape is the primary source of the fruitiness in this wine. Although other varieties also contribute to it's flavors. Semi-sweet.
  Chambourcin
......an off-dry red wine, lighter than the Norton, but it delivers some interesting flavors.
  Chardonnay
.....not a "left coast" knock-off. We have endeavored to present a unique, pleasant Chardonnay experience. Naked and dry.
  Desire
....Two of our most versatile wines (Norton and Vignoles) were used to create this sweet red wine.
  Jubilation
the Norton grape provides the foundation for this semi-dry red wine which is partnered with other compatible grape varieties.
  Merlot
Not the big, bold, California version, but a lighter, fruitier dry Pennsylvania Merlot you will enjoy.
  Norton
...is called the Cabernet of the East by some. A dry wine, but fruity with lots of extraction.
  Norton
A young NORTON, but still a fruity, dry, robust wine that the NORTON grape provides. Again, with lots of extraction. (Spends a long time on the skins)
  Orchard Blush
The Fredonia grape is forward in this blend, and is designed for those who like sweeter wines.
  Riesling
Light bodied balance of fruit and mineral flavors. Nearly dry and goes well with fish, pork, and even Thai and Chinese cuisine.
  Rumble Seat Red
A Cayuga/Norton/Concord combination – nicely sweet.
  Seyval Blanc
This wine is lightly oaked, semi-sweet, medium body, lightly acidic.
  Sinful Sadie
.....a sinfully sweet white wine, a marriage of the Cayuga and Vignoles grapes.
  Vidal
An off-dry light varietal white wine.
  Vignole
A light, fruity white varietal with a sweet finish.

Norton Wine Review: Norton wines are usually associated with Virginia or Missouri, but in this case one can find a delightful dry fruity "folk" Norton wine in Pennsylvania. You have to travel to this farm setting to try their unexpected delightful wines since Pennsylvania antiquated alcohol laws prevents shipments (dern). Glad we went, but wished we had picked up more than the two cases purchased. Really different and nice gift wines, that is if you are willing to share.
