After almost two years of construction we will finally be able to open our doors to the public starting May 2016.
We will bring a very unique and one of a kind experience to Knoxville.
We will offer traditional german beers that are brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (purity law) and we will only use the finest, highest quality ingredients on the market. We believe that only those ingredients will give you the real experience and flavor that you are looking for. So it is of the utmost importance for us to produce our beer without adding any chemicals to it like it is often done by larger breweries in order to increase yield and shelf life. All our grain and hops are from Germany and we can guarantee you that the ingredients we use are all GMO free and of the finest quality.
Our taproom and Biergarten will give you a unique ambiance to match our traditional beers. Upon entering through a large entrance tower you will be able to enjoy your beer in either the great hall or you can take a seat in our Biergarten that will offer you an outside bar and fire-pit. We will also offer a mezzanine that overlooks the great hall and the brewery.
All tables, benches and chairs in our Biergarten have been imported from Germany to give you the most authentic experience. We planted large trees throughout the Biergarten that will give you a shaded spot to enjoy your beer and the large walls surrounding the Biergarten will make you forget about everything going on outside those walls.
