Shattuck Vineyard

Shattuck Vineyard wine is distinctive, offering White and Red Zinfandel, as well as Pinot Gris. We recently added to our wine list a red Syrah and a Gewurztraminer as well. The wines are made through a typical process; the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and put through a temperature controlled fermentation followed by resting with some toasted oak for the red Zinfandel. Once the wine is ready, bottling and labeling takes place at our winery. Our goal is to provide great palatable wines at an affordable price. We are extremely happy to be part of this beautiful Sierra County.
