The idea of the starting our own brewery was born after enjoying some beer together here in Oklahoma. The three owners Todd, Steve, and Isaac all bring different elements to the company. Todd uses his culinary talents to craft the recipes and turn the experiments into delicious beer. Isaac brings his experience from sales and marketing, and Steve brings years of knowledge in large scale manufacturing to round out the team. MadHopper Brewing was born from a simple idea. Beer is delicious, beer should be shared with friends, family and strangers. Beer should not be a one size fits all product! It should be a culinary journey for your taste buds. Every step of the process has its own artistic element; we embrace that aspect. Each new recipe is an experiment. What we serve here at the union are our best successful experiments. We believe that here in Oklahoma we are just scratching the surface of what can be done with craft breweries; we will bring our version of the best beers to the community. Come be a part of our journey, let us make you part of our story. We think outside of the keg when it comes to traditional styles and guidelines, just like our mission statement says, “Be different. Brew Different”.
