Seven Hills Winery

Seven Hills Winery Seven Hills wines are known for their balance: a trinity of fruit, acidity and tannin that make our red wines delicious upon release and a rewarding sensory experience with cellar age. Our focus is varietal red wine made from the appellations of Eastern Washington. We harvest from vineyards in the Columbia, Walla Walla and Red Mountain appellations, choosing growers whose commitment to quality matches our own. Winemaker Casey McClellan works with our growers throughout the year monitoring each stage of development in the vineyards as the seasons progress. Respecting the terroir of these sites, we choose to vineyard-designate wines from Klipsun and Seven Hills Vineyard; and blend selectively from other sites to create appellation-designated wines. In addition to our core red wine program we make an off-dry Riesling and a Pinot Gris from fruit sourced in the cooler appellations in Oregon. Fruity and aromatic, these wines are a delightful complement to the reds.
