  Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A duo of fantastic vineyards created the extraordinary pepper, cassis and herb fruit of this wine that is clearly marked by ripe tannins. Put it next to the Opus One and Harlan in your cellar!
  Alexander Valley Carignane
Gnarly old vines that are farmed with no irrigation produce a rustic, concentrated wine of exceptional backbone and drinkability. It has been devoured by our restaurant accounts in the past year!
  Alexander Valley Merlot
From a great block of vines in Geyserville that produces an herbal, chewy and satisfying wine. Brambly, wild fruit characters are finished with toasty oak. A top pick with holiday bird!
  Alexander Valley Port
  Alexander Valley Zinfandel
This is the vineyard where we began our dedication to making wine. We have come to know each vine and truly grasped what “ripeness” means for the Zinfandel here. The 2002 is stylistically in line with what wehave made in the past- peppery bright fruit (raspberry and strawberry) with a touch of darkness and depth (due to about 5% Petite Sirah). It has an incredibly complex body and an edge of tannins. Our Alexander Valley Zin is body and substance without the flaunt that many Zins have become. We produced only 45 cases and used no synthetic chemicals on the grapes.
  Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
The fruit comes from the upper bench lands of Dry Creek on the Forchini family property. It is jammy and round with signature Dry Creek Zin flavors of dried black fruits, white pepper and a big, bold mouth feel. It is reckless and racy where our AV Zin is poised. Generally, the “monster Zin” will not last the same amount of time in your cellar as the leaner Zin with more acid and tannin. Our Dry Creek Zin is meant to drink within two years. If you are a big California Zin drinker, ours will be right up your alley.
  Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
  Sonoma County Syrah
A wine of great finesse that is just beginning to come out of its shell! The fruit is round with hints of raspberry while mint and jasmine characters shroud the wine in mystery.
